A Couple of Squares

The boys are back to breakdown a huge weekend of bowl games!  Five games Friday and eight on Saturday!  Big teams in big match ups as we try to keep updated on with portal players, opt outs and injuries.  A Christmas day recap and a look ahead to the NFL and college hoops!

The boys are back to breakdown the first round of the college football playoff!  Kirk Herbstreit hates us and we hate Kirk Herbstreit.  The college football pundits are furious that there were blowouts in playoffs game, something we see at every level in every sport, every year.  But let's scrap the whole thing and start over.  We do look at the games and what happened to cause these lopsided results and what we can learn moving forward.  Also for the first time all year the boys jump into the NBA slate for Christmas Day as one of our favorite plays of the year is back... Good Players Score!

The boys are back and we have playoff games on deck!  Four absolute bangers throughout the weekend and shocker, we like some close low scoring games.  Another trip into the portal and around the coaching carousel as Wake Forest has a new ball coach!  Some random topics talking darts, volleyball and sub sandwiches.

The Squarsies!  22 different awards given out, including 5 brand new awards and the first ever Couple of Squares All-American team!  A look ahead to the upcoming bowl games this week, as well as a recap of a loaded college basketball Saturday and a disappointing NFL Sunday.

The boys are back to breakdown one of the craziest weekends of college football this year!  Ranked teams losing left and right to unranked teams potentially knocks quite a few people out of playoff contention... or does it?  Greeny is back from the Shoe to report on Ohio State rolling over Indiana, "the depth in the SEC is incredible", and the Big 12 continues to be the most electric conference week after week.  NFL witching hour delivered today and the Seattle Seahawks are back in the lead in the NFC West?!?!  Finally, Feast Week is staring us down as Maui kicks off later today.  Buckle up.
