In 2010, Cathy Terkanian received an unexpected letter from the adoption agency where she had selflessly placed her daughter decades earlier. The agency was requesting her DNA, revealing that her daughter had gone missing at the age of 14 over 20 years prior. They sought to match her DNA with that of a Jane Doe they suspected could be her daughter. What followed was a whirlwind of emotions for Cathy, but her tenacity shone through and with tremendous determination she vowed to do whatever it took to find out what had happened to her child.
