Happy Place has little something for everyone: an intense soulmates, second chance love trope, a story of friendships and growing up, a melancholy feeling of losing someone that was once your everything, and that only breaks the surface of what this book is about. What we thought was going to be a fun, fluffy romance turned out to be gut wrenching, desperate and heartbreaking. It makes you laugh, cry and curse every other page. It bounces between the “Happy Place” and “Real Life” chapters which brings the entire book full circle. 

This book is a combination of every emotion and every era combined. The Archer from Lover, Right Where You Left Me from Evermore, This Is Me Trying from Folklore - all songs that almost got a full feature in this episode. In it’s entirety, this book is Midnights with Wyn being the sunshine and Harriet being Midnight Rain (another honorable mention song).
