The story of Ceridwen's Cauldron is very old and has many different versions, but they all feature her magic cauldron and a fabulous chase filled with transformation - thanks to the magic of Awen. Awen is a Welsh and Breton word for 'inspiration', that magical feeling when your creativity flows beautifully. Think of a time when you have created or been part of something wonderful - maybe a drawing or painting, performing a song or some music, having an idea or telling a story!
