Last episode, where top problems, a.k.a. “pain points” were examined, we identified the origins of our people-pleasing tendencies. We began to understand where it came from in our earliest girlhood. But today we focus on a reliable action to help us overcome these habits, lose the guilt, and reclaim those silenced parts of ourselves.
