Right now, they would be ages 11-26. If you don't encounter someone in Gen Z on a regular basis, we highly recommend it.This generation is questioning things like how to approach work-life balance and gender roles in interesting ways. Generation Z was shaped by the pandemic and open conversations around mental health. They don't know the world without the Internet or the gig economy. They are positive yet realistic.
