Specializing in men’s health, anxiety, depression, spirituality, grief, and loss, he employs a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. Tom integrates somatic-based treatments, polyvagal theory, yoga, Reiki, meditation, and reflexology to foster resilience and empower patients to navigate life's complexities.
