The album consisted of <a href="https://offtherecordblog.org/2017/10/23/mcgruff-the-crime-dog-album-mcgruffs-smart-kids-review/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">11 songs</a> ostensibly performed by McGruff the Crime Dog, explaining why drugs are bad.
