The defendant alleges the plaintiff brought over several people to fight her, so she was acting in self-defense. She’s countersuing for property damage, harassment, and emotional distress. Plus, The husband-and-wife plaintiffs say the defendant is their granddaughter who they raised, and they claim her husband is addicted to video games. They’re suing them for two loans and emotional distress. The defendants deny he’s addicted to games and they insist he does all the cooking.
