Wednesday's show started with Glenn's opinion on the 'state of hate' in America. The reason behind it, according to Glenn, is the result from white liberal ideology. Attorney Joe Stanley called in and talked about the recent accident on State Street that was caused by an import speeder. Glenn played Sonny Hostiin's trdponse to Trump's proposal to pay out $5,000 to expectant mothers. Hostio believes it's racially motivated.
candidate for city council Colin Burns stopped by to talk today. Lots of city issues including the golf course, city pools and of course the NEW proposed city budget. Colin had good insight about the budget and fielded many calls from listeners too. After that it was business as usual with the gang of usual callers.
Pretty mundane show today. Although Glenn didn't want to talk about the assassinations of JKF and RFK, that's exactly what was brought up when Non Lawyer friend chimed. One caller jumped on Glenn for being an idiot, so that set the tempo for today's show going forward. Duff added his conspiracy theory too, but Glenn stayed in his lane. Donnie reported about a bad accident too on State Street.
Good Friday show with Dr. Mirhael Schwartz who was on Salem Radio and Newzmax this week to talk about RFK Jr's findings on autism. Good insight into what is the 'root' problem. The discussion also included today's headlines, plus a mention to how much news there is these days. The second half included good discussions about the state of things in our country. Good show.
Glenn had two Anthony's on today. First up, Anthony Valasquez, candidate for city council. Anthony believes a young approach will work. Then, Glenn had a phone discussion with Anthony Constantino, who is back in the news after it was reported that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik my run for NYS Govenor. Anthony talked about his policies and his recent trip to Mara Lago where he presented a life sized statue of President Trump. Good show!
Glenn had two call ins today. First up, Jerrry Maon from Seacomm Credit Union made his monthly call about ways to avoid being ripped off. Then, Samantha called about buying a car! Then our weekly call from Attorney Joe Stanely who talked about how doctors do too much in a given day that causes problems in the operating room. AND Glenn got a lesson on the difference between Exasperate and exacerbate. Your're never too old to learn when you're being a moron!
Glenn explained how crappy he felt yesterday and has part of his energy back for today's show. Most of today's show centered on Councilman Cliff Olney's latest embarrassment. He failed to deliver properly signed petitions to run again. This spurred most of the calls today. Glenn went on later about how miserable people have gotten, and how divided many Americans are especially n big cities where dangerous protests happen.
Glenn had a blast talking about the 7 women who went up in space in a bouncy house! it appeared they're more happy it's over too! Jeff's show talked about abused cows from a farm hand, so needless to say, that topic took another step down at the 5 o'clock show! Danny can't believe Glenn agrees bad people, including Americans should be sent to El Salvadore. Also, Glenn spoke with a mom who said college made her daughter a liberal. Good show!
Since it's Friday, Glenn thought the show should be 'lght'hearted', well, you decide. Good chatter throughout including the states Glenn wouldn't live in, which is most of them. Glenn likes older TV shows and music, including Reflections of My Life from Maralade. Jason is taxed more in Georgia, and the Pyramid Company is not solvent anymore. Have a great weekend!
Glenn had (2) in-studio guests today. First up, Attorney John Murphy from Safe Harbor Wills and Trust. John is having a work session next week and reminds people the importance to protecting yourself from probate and the high cost of aging. Then is was a legal discussion with Attorney Joe Stanley about the night club disaster in the Dominican Republic and what to avoid in crowed places. Plus, a local politician is in hot water for armed robbery. What a day!
