Big thank you to Clarendon, Jamaica, and Jamaica, Queens' own Dancehall/Reggae artist Kranium for coming on my show for an interview! Kranium discussed his new single Vibes Weekend, his hit song Nobody Has To Know taking two years for it to blow up, and Prodigy being a mentor for him early in his career. He talked about his experience with Atlantic Records, being independent with his own label Melody Gad Music, and discovering Afro Beats long before the current surge. He got into battling Sean Paul at MTV's Wild 'N Out, working with Tory Lanez on his song We Can, and music becoming a numbers game. Kranium also spoke about his upcoming single, what his definition of a hot girl is, and what it is going to take for Dancehall to become a priority. Stay tuned!
