Through many different topics 

Melissa Dohme was a young, ambitious woman with a bright future. She had dreams of becoming a nurse and was actively involved in her community by volunteering at a local hospital. She was also looking forward to backpacking through Europe.

However, everything changed when she became the victim of a brutal attack that altered the course of her life forever.
