And everything happened very, very quickly. It was kind of a case of literally going into the hospital for some blood tests and a few other tests.” “and by the end of that day, there was doctors kind of rushing around me. Everyone was in a bit of a panic. I could tell something had changed or something.”“They kind of gave me at that point, like a 50, 50 chance of still being here in a year. And I said, look, a lot of things will need to line up for that to happen.”“The hardest, the hardest time was post-transplant. Horrendous like it. Just I felt like I couldn't do anything.”“Tomorrow is going to be better than today. And even if I had a horrendous day, I would say that to myself.
