This is part 1 of a new series following my journey from T1 diabetes diagnosis to (hopefully!) my next marathon. Following my diagnosis, I wanted to keep going as if nothing had happened but soon realised it might not be that easy.
In the last week, I have taken a step back from training to really try to get on top of my nutrition and dosing at baseline and then start to reintroduce training back in.
I've also signed up for my first race, the Bohermeen half marathon in March which I'm really excited about.
