Kelsie Brook Eckert (she/her) is on a mission to transform social studies to be rigorous and accurate. As the Coordinator of Social Studies Education at Plymouth State University, State Coordinator for National History Day in New Hampshire, and Executive Director of the Remedial Herstory Project, Kelsie is a leading voice in bringing diverse histories into the spotlight. Her efforts have earned her prestigious accolades, including being a two-time New Hampshire History Teacher of the Year and receiving the 2024 Transformative Teaching Award and Theo Kalikow Award for advancing women.
