It's Spooktober once again 🎃!! To our new guest Jayden, in this episode we chat about some goals for weightlifting, how time has passed so quickly since 2020 (society, culture), Halloween stories (some haunted houses, trick-or-treating, certain costumes), a little bit on our friend group, our ideal superhero/relating to them (mostly Spiderman/Batman 🕸🦇), and reading some quotes from the Batman!
