Last week, shortly after we finished recording, word went out on social media that writer Peter David had passed away. David has been part of our collective comic book experience since the 1980s. His impact is tremendous, and his stories continue to amaze us decades later.  Marvel and DC finally announced their new joint project, with Deadpool teaming up with Batman later this year.
