Area 51 (2015)
As the dimwits bring their three part horror movie alien retrospective to a close, they learn once and for all that the truth IS NOT out there. This movie sucks and life is a painful trap we shall never escape. The best we can do is drink four loko pregame flask bottles and pray to be abducted from the pain that is human existence. Oh, also, they talk about the 2009 / 2015 sci-fi found footage blumhouse horror film AREA 51! From Oren Peli! the guy who made Paranormal Activity! Promising right? Well, jokes on you bozo!   Area 51 is a 2015 American found footage science fiction horror film directed and shot by Oren Peli and co-written by Peli and Christopher Denham. The film stars Reid Warner, Darrin Bragg, Ben Rovner, and Jelena Nik.[3] The film was produced by Jason Blum under his Blumhouse Productions banner, and was released in a limited release and through video on demand on May 15, 2015, by Paramount Insurge.   "Three young conspiracy theorists attempt to uncover the mysteries of Area 51, the government's secret location rumored to have hosted encounters with alien beings. What they find at this hidden facility exposes unimaginable secrets."
The gang gets abducted… again?! WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS! Join them as they enter the second chapter in their alien retrospective and exit the Blumhouse and enter SIX DEGREES OF BLUMHOUSE! This week they’re discussing the Milla Jovovich sci-fi horror movie THE FOURTH KIND! What’s up with Will Patton? What’s up with found footage? Where the heck is Richard Dreyfuss? Well one things for sure… WE’RE GONNA NEED A BIGGER PROBE!   The Fourth Kind is a 2009 science fiction psychological horror thriller film[2] directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi and featuring a cast of Milla Jovovich, Elias Koteas, Corey Johnson, Will Patton, Charlotte Milchard, Mia Mckenna-Bruce, Yulian Vergov, and Osunsanmi. The title is derived from the expansion of J. Allen Hynek's classification of close encounters with aliens, in which the fourth kind denotes alien abductions. The film is a pseudodocumentary—purporting to be a dramatic re-enactment of true events that occurred in Nome, Alaska - in which a psychologist uses hypnosis to uncover memories of alien abduction from her patients, and finds evidence suggesting that she may have been abducted as well. At the beginning of the film, Jovovich informs the audience this entire movie is actually real, that she will be playing a character based on a real person named Abigail Tyler, and that the film will feature archival footage of the real Tyler. The "Abigail Tyler" seen in the archival footage is played by Charlotte Milchard, and at various points throughout the film, the archival footage scenes and accompanying dramatic re-enactments are presented side by side.[3][4]
