April 18, 2024 · 29 min

In this episode, we delve into the complex dynamics of betrayal trauma from a unique perspective: that of the wounded aggressor. Beneath the surface of aggression lies a multitude of emotions and experiences. We will explore the deeper struggles that drive a betrayed partner to lash out or to hurt others. We give some practical tools that both partners can use to break free from harmful behaviors and cycles. We explore how deep inner work by both partners can facilitate healing while at the same time taking responsibility for their own actions.
