Katie is a two-time TEDx speaker, a professional member of National Speakers Association, and an Accredited Master Trainer and Certified Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) . She also has additional training in trauma, quantum, and picture EFT.  Dr. Nall shows others how to dissolve their WAFFLES – worry, anxiety, fear, frustration, lethargy, exhaustion, and stress. 

Katie’s Tips in Dissolving Your WAFFLES

1.Identify the root cause of your WAFFLES: Begin by understanding the underlying causes of your worries and anxieties.

2. Determine timing: Recognize when the problem last occurred, as this information can help you better understand patterns and recurring sources of worry.

3. Rate severity: Assess the intensity of your worries on a scale of 1 to 10. 

4. Body awareness: Identify the specific areas in your body where the stress or anxiety manifests physically.

5. Tapping technique: Utilize the Tapping Technique, tapping on specific points on your body while focusing on your worries. 

6. Repeat the process until you feel a sense of relief
