Diane  is a yoga instructor who strives to balance the physical poses with the other limbs of yoga in order to promote a healthy body, mind and spirit. She has written a book of visualizing actions that can be used with yoga or as guided meditation without yoga. Guided meditation and yoga, each in their own right, have proven for years to provide positive benefits.
