Tony and Adam embark on a podcast adventure and instantly realise that quality, factual and intelligent conversation isn’t as easy as it looks. Despite this they persevere with their horror movie based waffley chit-chat, taking time out to discuss a randomly chosen horror movie each episode with varying results. Keep telling yourself.....it can only get better, it can only get better, it can only get better.

Episodes

Now this is Humanoids from the Deep (1980) a film directed by Barbara Peeters and Jimmy T Murakami and produced by Roger Corman.  Yet another infamous movie to make it onto the UK’s video nasties list, ah the good old days, when people who were desperate to be offended could decide what you could or couldn't watch. This is yet another film that highlights the animal kingdoms general poor form.  Tony and Adam take their horror journey to the depths of the ocean where they encounter mutated creatures high on chemicals and out for some action.  This isn’t a documentary, but if it was then it would paint a grim view of our future, enslaved by randy fish dudes.
What does this say about men, everything, nothing, something? Well all of these and bugger all! But does it do it in style or not or does it? Annoyed by this description? well that’s men innit!?Basically this is about male pregnancy and the challenges it presents. Like a modern version of Junior. This is Men from 2022, a film by Alex Garland and this is something perculiar. You get to see Kinear’s junk as well, which some movie buffs will be all over, like a termite on a discarded doughnutI'm also fairly sure that they'll end up churning out a trilogy, Men 2, Men 3 maybe even Men 4, Men 5 etc.Men men men men, manly men men men!Men men men men, manly men men men!Men men men men, manly men, oo hoo hoo, hoo hoo, oo. (Copyright that comedy show about 2 blokes and kid)
Tony and Adam explore the Knights Templar and focus on the first entry in this horrifying movie series.  Tombs of the Blind Dead is an intriguing 1972 Spanish horror  film, directed by Amando de Ossorio. The  dead rise up and cause local villagers all sorts of headaches.  Watch open mouthed as they rock up n shake things down a little.  If you thought a fulci or a romero zombie moves slowly, these are not moving at all, they literally don't move and yet manage to wipe out half a town (Berzano)
A Christmas treat for our listener, a little gem that has been dusted off and hung upon the tree, this is Christmas Evil directed by Lewis Jackson. And take a bow Mr Brandon Maggart, you sir are the next true Santa Clause. So this festive period Tony and Adam take great delight in sprinkling some of their own special sparkling fairy dust on this under-appreciated chrimbo classic. It’s a present you just can’t put a price on, no it is really!! No regifting you lot!!
Its exciting times for the T&A boys, their first Halloween special, and they've opted for Rick Rosenthals spooky sequel Halloween 2 (1981).  Join us this halloween as we walk the hallways of Haddonsfield Memorial hospital.  The night Michael came home yet again.Music supplied by csnmedia@freesound and beetlemuse@freesound
To celebrate episode 33 Tony and Adam explore a film from the eighties that will shake you to your very core. More Ozploitation goodness  with Next of Kin: Directed by Tony Williams.  It will rock your world and make you rethink your whole belief system.  Like the matrix it will make you question the very fabric of reality.  At its very heart is a film that is nothing and everything all at once.  Yep thats it, thats Next of Kin, all hail Swayze!!!
Tony and Adam present a run-down of their favourite Video Nasties.  This promises to be a little bit special.  A beautifully crafted slice of Pod, unlike some of the nasties that at times seem to have been thrown together by a halfwit.Video Nasties a glorious time for VHS tapes; you know VHS tapes a lovely physical thing you could hold in your hand and caress.
Alice, Alice?, who the f**k is Alice! Well we’ll investigate via our highly intuitive chat/review/spew.Alice Sweet Alice (76) aka Communion aka Holy Terror aka Mask Murders is a movie lovingly brought to us by Alfred Sole.  This Giallo / slasher hybrid got caught up in the UK's Video Nasty debacle and never had a proper video release until 2003.  So its time for the T&A boys to give it some long overdue attention.
Do you come from a land down under? Well do you?! Time for some Ozploitation and there’s no better place to start than Camp 47.  Tony and Adam take a break  from human hunting to talk about Brian_Trenchard-Smith’s 1982 film Turkey Shoot. It will be bootiful really bootiful (Bernard Mathews turkey ref).
One American legend (Vincent Price) and a selection of british screen icons put on a show for Tony and Adam, and oh what a show it is.  This is Theatre of Blood and this is easily their best episode yet, it sets a new bench mark in production values and sound quality.  They've already decided that this is the one that they'll definitely submit for consideration in this year annual podcast award thing.    Thanks go to piratescottie@freesound & Devern@freesound
