This week, I sat down with ADHD expert Eric Tivers. Eric is the founder and CEO of ADHD Rewired and has been producing his acclaimed podcast for over 500 episodes! Eric shares his own ADHD journey, from struggling in college to finding the right medication and strategies that allowed him to thrive academically and professionally.In this uplifting conversation, Eric and I explore the power of community support and self-compassion for ADHDers.
