Have you ever heard the saying that health is wealth? That applies to mental health as well. I love the saying health is wealth. I’m very passionate about health.
And mental health is something that is equally important to me. It’s important through every stage of life. Essentially, the better your mental health, the brighter your future. It affects how you think, feel and act. It also determines how you handle stress, relate to others and make healthy choices. This week, we want to have a deeper conversation about mental well being and shine a light on improving mental health which is crucial to overall health.
