A body-led approach to tuning in before training hard.
Most workouts start with a plan. Mine start with a pause.
Before the warm-up. Before the programming. Before the playlists hit or the reps begin. I carve out 5-15 minutes for what I call: the warm-up before the warm-up.
It’s unstructured, agenda-free movement time. A chance to get quiet, grounded, and centered before diving in. It’s less about prepping my muscles, and more about syncing my body and brain.
