Cassette 10 introduces a new voice by the name of Dave who appears to be an authority figure around Bootstuck. This conversation leans towards the ways they deal with frozen food and the improper use of microwaves. The interviewer is missing from this tape and it sounds locally recorded somehow. Still no answers as to who these people are and their roles within the town but Im hoping future cassettes have some answers.
