It’s been a pleasure hosting this podcast sharing my evolution. So many of you have shared how this helped you in your journey. My hope is that this journey serves as a reminder that evolution is the goal and we can always shift imperfectly. Whatever you do keep becoming elite. 🥂

When women of color think non-minority women are more powerful or more strategic they will always find shame around hiring their own. By 2030, women will be the highest earning group. Women naturally seek community and when this community is used as a money grab, it’s quite easy for a woman to fall into the trap of it being her church, her idol or her savior. The more she earns, the more she seeks refuge and support. When this woman learns herself she is less likely to become trapped. http://linktr.ee/elitemastery
