In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Ariel Thorpe, a Hong Kong-based chiropractor, health educator, and fitness instructor. Ariel is dedicated to providing holistic healthcare, utilizing chiropractic techniques and encouraging lifestyle adjustments. In addition to her chiropractic work, Ariel is also actively involved in delivering corporate health talks and promoting health education within the community.
During this episode, Ariel and I explored various fascinating topics, including how she discovered her passion for chiropractic work and integrating her love for education into it. We also delved into the subject of corporate wellness programs, as well as Ariel's favorite topic of women's health, which included the advantages of understanding and utilizing the different phases of the menstrual cycle. Additionally, Ariel provided valuable advice on how to listen to the body's feedback and use it to guide nutrition and overall health.
