Welcome to Part 4 of my 4-part series on How to Practice Mediumship! This series was designed to learn how to practice mediumship and what skills you should be working on developing in your practice readings. In this episode, we are talking about how to move past hearing the word no in a practice session. I share my 3 tips on how to work past a "no" and not let that two-letter word stop you dead in your tracks and ruin your confidence. In this episode, we’re diving into an important foundation of mediumship: how to deliver the information you are receiving. Delivering messages clearly for your sitter is an art form!  It is difficult to be a sitter and receive information, and as the medium, it is our job to make sure the information lands.  We need to remember to pay attention to the sitter's needs, how they might be feeling, and how they understand the messages coming through. Welcome to Part 1 of my 4-part series on How to Practice Mediumship! In this episode, we’re diving into one of the most important foundations of mediumship: understanding the information you receive. As the practicing medium, it’s your job to not only be the channel, but also the interpreter. That means preparing your sitter for the session, asking the right questions, and staying curious about each piece of information that comes through. We talk about how to explore details with your sitter, like asking, "Why was Grandma’s purple hat significant?"—to start learning how Spirit communicates with you. I also share why practicing mediumship 2–3 times per week is essential when you're developing your abilities. It’s through regular practice that patterns emerge, and those patterns are the key to building your confidence and accuracy as a medium. I went to see an illusionist, and it completely blew my mind. I had to share it with you! I was so amazed, I walked out of the first show and immediately bought tickets for the next night's show. We’ve all had those moments where we wonder: “Is this really Spirit?
